I'm Sandra, a midlife life coach devoted to providing support through the physical, emotional, and soulful transitions of this powerful life stage.

Midlife can feel confusing, lonely, and overwhelming — especially when your body, identity, and relationships seem to shift all at once. My work is about helping you reconnect with yourself so you can feel strong in your body, confident in your choices, and deeply aligned with the life you are creating next.

 

I believe midlife is not an ending.
It’s an invitation — to remember who you are, reclaim your spark, and step into this next chapter with clarity and purpose.

My Story

My journey through perimenopause was not gentle or predictable. It was a season marked by uncertainty — moments of feeling lost, disconnected, overwhelmed, and quietly alone. Yet within that discomfort, something profound was awakening.

I began to understand that what I was experiencing wasn’t a failure or something to “push through.”
It was an invitation.

An invitation to listen more deeply.
To seek support.
And to reimagine what midlife could truly be.

Entering midlife as a single woman and a mother brought its own reckoning. My children no longer needed me in the same way, and the structure I had built my identity around began to dissolve. Alongside hormonal changes of perimenopause and midlife - affecting my weight, sleep, energy, and sense of self. I found myself asking a quiet but powerful question:

Is this really all there is?

That question became my turning point.

Instead of numbing or ignoring it, I chose to respond with intention. I began learning about my body and the emotional landscape of midlife and menopause. I sought support — first through counselling to gently work through deeply buried traumas, and then through life coaching. Supported by writing, movement, nourishment, and reflection.

Slowly, I began to hear my own voice again.

I rediscovered what mattered.
What brought me joy.
And what I wanted this next chapter of my life to stand for.

This personal transformation led me to professional training as a life coach, specialising in midlife transitions. Today, I hold this phase of life as sacred — a powerful threshold into creativity, self-expression, and deeper connection with ourselves and others.

My Unique Coaching Approach

My coaching is grounded in both lived experience and professional coach training, as well as years of supporting individuals through midlife transitions. 

 

I don’t believe in quick fixes or pushing through. Instead, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach is both reflective and structured – gently guiding you inward while also supporting you in moving forward with clarity and intention.

Together, we work to:

  • Understand what’s happening in your body, mind, and emotions

  • Explore your identity and reconnect with who you are in this stage of life

  • Release patterns, roles, and beliefs that no longer serve you

  • Rebuild confidence, self-trust, and clarity

  • Move forward with purposeful, aligned action​

My work focuses on identity, purpose, and midlife transition – providing support as you navigate the emotional, physical, and personal changes that come with this stage of life.

With a background in the corporate world, I bring structure, strategy, and practical tools. Alongside this, my coaching is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a deep understanding of the inner shifts women experience through midlife, perimenopause, and menopause.

Midlife is not an ending — it’s a remembering.
A return to your truth.
