When you choose to work with me, you’re entering a supportive coaching relationship designed to guide and empower you — but your results will always depend on your own commitment and willingness to engage.
Sessions are booked in advance, and your time (and mine) is respected. This means cancellations or missed sessions may not always be refundable.
Everything shared is treated with care and confidentiality, within appropriate legal boundaries.
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
All content and materials are created with intention and are for your personal use only.

1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Remedium Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10990682, registered office: [Kemp House, 152 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX) (“Remedium”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Services are marketed and delivered under the brand name RediscoverybySandra, which operates as an authorised agent of Remedium Enterprise Ltd.
RediscoverybySandra does not operate as an independent legal entity and does not enter into contracts in its own name.
All contracts for services are made exclusively between you and Remedium Enterprise Ltd.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Services
We provide coaching, personal development, and/or wellness services, including one-to-one coaching, group programmes, and courses.
All services are provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable UK law. Results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals.
4. Coaching Services
We offer both one-to-one coaching and group coaching programmes.
For one-to-one coaching:
(a) sessions must be scheduled in advance;
(b) cancellations or rescheduling may require a minimum notice period, as communicated at booking;
(c) missed sessions may be forfeited without refund.
For group coaching:
(a) content is delivered to multiple participants;
(b) individual results are not guaranteed;
(c) we reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
5. Courses and Programmes
We may offer digital courses, workshops, or structured programmes.
By purchasing a course:
(a) you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content;
(b) you may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials;
(c) access duration (if limited) will be specified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time.
6. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to reschedule services where necessary and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
7. Nature of Services Disclaimer
The services provided are for guidance and support only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
If you have any health or mental health concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified professional.
8. Agency Relationship and Liability
RediscoverybySandra operates strictly as an authorised agent of Remedium Enterprise Ltd. Its role includes marketing, communication, booking facilitation, and, where applicable, assisting in service delivery on behalf of Remedium.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RediscoverybySandra shall have no liability whatsoever to you in connection with the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or otherwise.
All responsibility and liability for the services rests solely with Remedium Enterprise Ltd.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Remedium Enterprise Ltd shall not be liable for:
(a) any indirect or consequential loss;
(b) loss of profit, revenue, or business;
(c) outcomes resulting from decisions taken based on the services.
10. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
Where services are booked online or at a distance, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you request that services begin within this cancellation period:
(a) you may lose your right to cancel once the services have been fully performed; and
(b) you may be required to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, recordings, and resources (“Content”) are the intellectual property of Remedium Enterprise Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for personal use only.
You may not:
(a) copy, reproduce, or distribute the Content;
(b) share access or materials with others;
(c) use the Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
12. Session Recordings
We may record group sessions, workshops, or training calls.
By participating, you consent to such recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, you should inform us in advance or refrain from participating.
Recordings remain the property of Remedium Enterprise Ltd.
13. Indemnity
You agree not to bring any claim personally against RediscoverybySandra in respect of the services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RediscoverybySandra against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
(a) your breach of these Terms; or
(b) your misuse of the services.
This clause does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Future Services
We may launch additional services from time to time. Any such services will be subject to particular terms provided at the time of booking.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
16. Use of Technology & AI Support
As part of offering thoughtful, consistent support, we may use secure technology tools — including AI-assisted note-taking — to capture key themes and provide optional session summaries.
These tools are used with care and intention, in service of clarity, reflection, and continuity between sessions.
We are mindful of the trust you place in this space. Any information processed through these tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such tools to support your coaching experience.
You are always free to opt out. If you would prefer that AI-assisted tools are not used during your sessions, simply let us know — your preferences will be respected.
